Three Secret Exercises to Improve the Law of Attraction in Your Life

law of attractionThe law of attraction is at work in our lives all the time, even if we don’t realize it.  When things are going badly it’s working!  When things are going great, it’s working.  It simply brings into your life that which you focus upon.  Good or bad, right or wrong has no bearing on it at all.  The reality is, the law of attraction is working, you just need to learn what exercises you can do to bring positive rather than negative events and things in to your life. 

Many compare the law of attraction to the law of gravity as they are similar in many ways.  The law of gravity is working when something falls from the table, but it is working even when nothing is falling.  It just is.  It is always there, always at work, there is no debate about that.  The same applies to the law of attraction.  It just is.  Neither use logic or selection, gravity doesn’t choose what will fall or what will break when it falls, just as attraction doesn’t choose what it will bring into your life.  Gravity doesn’t choose to break your antique collectible, just as attraction doesn’t choose to send you debt or unhappiness.   If you drop your collectible it will break, period.  If you focus on debt and unhappiness, the law of attraction will bring it to you. 

Start attracting abundance, wealth, happiness, love into your life by focusing on those things only.  Picture your life the way you want it to be, and feel how you would feel if it was that way.  FEEL IT, feel the gratitude, feel the thankfulness and focus on those feelings and thoughts.  Instead of saying I don’t have, start saying I do have!  Tell the universe that you love the wealth you have in your life and are open to receiving more of it!  Keep your thoughts positive and positive will come.

Make a vision board.  Cut out pictures of things you want in your life.  It can be pictures of people that are happy, it can be the car you want, the house you want, a picture of you when you were thin, whatever it is you want in your life, put a picture of it on your vision board. Put the board somewhere you will see it often!  Focus on it, look at it and feel the feelings those pictures bring up in you.  Focus on that those feelings!

Use affirmations.  Write down and say things like “I am grateful for the love in my life and am open to receive more love”  “I am lucky and lucky things keep happening to me”  “I have enough money to pay all of my bills and I am thankful”  “I am thankful to God and the universe for bringing abundance into my life”    Say them often in your mind and out loud!  Write them down, post them around the house!  Remind yourself to think them as often as possible!

Show how thankful you are for that which you have and will receive by giving back.  Help others, share the power of positive thinking and law of attraction with others.  Be the person you want everyone else to be.
